As an Associate Trust Officer, you will: • Administer and service a diverse portfolio of trust, agency, retirement and estate accounts, ensuring compliance with governing instruments, company policies, and regulatory requirements. • Work closely with a dedicated Trust Officer or Senior Trust Officer to learn existing client relationships, operational procedures, and our comprehensive book of business. • Assist with client inquiries, distributions, and account maintenance, providing exceptional service to clients, prospects, and centers of influence. • Participate in new business development activities, including client meetings, events, conferences, presentations, and proposal preparation. • Prepare and review trust accountings, tax documents, and other related reports. • Collaborate with internal partners, including investments and operations, to ensure seamless client service. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of fiduciary law, estate planning, and investment principles. • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for additional services. • Assume increasing levels of responsibility with the ultimate goal of managing a full book of trust business as a Trust Officer in a designated time period.

The successful candidate will: • Possesses strong business development skills • Has knowledge of fiduciary duties and trust administration • Has a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business administration or holds an MBA in Trust and Wealth Management. • Hold or pursuing an industry designation (CFP©, CTFA, or ATFA) • Possesses a working knowledge of financial services industry trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations and trendsetters. • Has demonstrated success working with teams.
