Through our Plastipak Academy, we provide exceptional ongoing training & certification support.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform maintenance for either extrusion or injection manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences, positioning you for internal promotions
Requirements:
Able to 12 hours shifts, either night 7 pm – 7 am or day 7 pm – 7am
Schedule cycles are 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
3 years of Maintenance experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
Welding/fabrication experience a plus
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience is a bonus
