Your mission as Materials Operations Facilitator is to partner with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure seamless material flow for production processes. Embark on a journey through TOMZ, excelling in precision machining and anodizing for medical devices, while meticulously maintaining standards and regulations.

Your Tasks Include:

Receive and scrutinize all incoming raw materials.

Mastery in storage logistics with precise ERP updates.

Dispense exactly what's needed to the manufacturing line.

Accuracy is key: Perform regular cycle counts for inventory integrity.

Produce necessary Job Travelers to guarantee production efficiency.

Perform essential "SAW" operations and sustain robust material control.

Keep supplies flowing, whether for offices or the shop floor.

Strategically manage orders and inventory for production tooling.

Adapt where you're most needed in the manufacturing realm.

Uphold the TOMZ commitment to Quality Management.

What We Seek:

A proactive individual adept at inventory management.

An eye for detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Confidence in using basic tools and managing inspection tasks.

Forklift proficiency is a must.

Your Educational Essentials:

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, preferably with manufacturing or engineering experience.

Experience Required:

2-5 years in a manufacturing environment governed by regulations.

Physical Readiness:

Effortlessly bend, kneel, and hoist weights up to 50 pounds; collaborate for heavier items.

Easily navigate software—frequent computer use is expected.

Able to handle power tools when necessary.

Adorn safety gear: gloves, glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed shoes for ultimate security.
