Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Supply Chain team as a Master Production Scheduler. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth while developing production scheduling and capacity planning skills. Training and mentoring will be provided to support your development in this role. Support the development and maintenance of Master Production Schedules (MPS) Assist in creating manufacturing capacity plans Participate and present in Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) meetings Monitor production schedules and capacity utilization Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Planning teams Prepare and maintain reports for production planning metrics Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or related field Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, basic formulas) Basic understanding of data analysis Knowledge of supply chain and production planning concepts Basic experience with Power BI or willingness to learn Good presentation and communication skills Technical Skills:
Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) Basic Power BI/Power Query knowledge Willingness to learn ERP systems Microsoft PowerPoint Soft Skills:
Strong analytical mindset Good communication abilities Detail-oriented Team player Eagerness to learn Problem-solving attitude Time management skills
Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $75,900 per year in our lowest geographic market to $96,700 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Depending on the position, additional forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
