EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 79,000 people through 120 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Supervisor to join ourEducation Rehabilitation and Support Enforcement Program (ERASE).

Wage: $28 to $29 an hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 4:45pm

Location: Suffolk County Family Court - 400 Carleton Ave in Central Islip

What drives the core purpose of this job:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and supervision of staff of the ERASE/EIP program.

What are the key responsibilities:

Directly supervise all related staff, including training and work assignments.

Provide on-site direction toward the attainment of established program goals.

Act as liaison between the courts, C.S.E.B., County attorney’s office and respondents.

Prepare and submit quarterly updates on support payments and program narratives.

Determine class schedule and content.

Monitor all program budgets in conjunction with the EAC NETWORK Division Director of Family Services.

Customarily and regularly exercise discretionary powers.

Conduct meetings with staff and coordinate in-service trainings.

Perform all relevant duties as determined by Supervision and EAC NETWORK Administration.

What key knowledge, skills, and abilities are required to excel in this role:

High School Diploma or educational equivalent required degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences preferred.

Three years of relevant experience in the Child Support system required.

Must have current knowledge of Family Court systems.

Supervisory experience preferred especially with EAC NETWORK programs.

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, and email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments specifically Assets.
