We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Float Pool. This position involves working primarily in the Medical Observation Unit (MOU) and is suitable for candidates with a Medical-Surgical (MS) leaning background. Responsibilities
Provide nursing care in a variety of clinical settings as needed. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting care and progress accurately. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes. Adhere to established protocols and best practices in patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current BLS, ACLS certifications, and Dysrhythmia testing are mandatory. Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) experience is preferred. Experience in a Medical-Surgical environment is preferred. Prior to submission, ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained.
