Under the SkillBridge program, GMR hosts active-duty U.S. Military members for skilled employment training during the final six months of their active-duty obligated service. JOB SUMMARY This role's primary responsibility is to ensure the staffing needs of the company are consistently met. This includes developing recruiting plans that utilize traditional sources, identifying appropriate job fairs, implementing effective interviewing strategies, and creating innovative hiring approaches. The successful candidate will lead efforts to expand our business by building strong industry relationships. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Partner with Operations to understand staffing needs and develop effective community relations and applicant pipelines. Develop targeted creative recruitment strategies using various channels. Utilize multiple recruiting sources to identify candidates. Create cost-effective recruitment plans aligned with business goals. Maintain professional and appealing job postings. Advertise positions via social media and marketing platforms. Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and educational institution meetings. Conduct presentations about employment opportunities and company culture. Assess applicant skills and experience to match open positions. Assist candidates through the application process as needed. Maintain contact with potential candidates and ensure compliance with affirmative action reporting. Support New Hire Orientation when required. QUALIFICATIONS Two years of recruitment/selection experience and knowledge of employment law preferred. Advanced social media recruiting skills preferred. Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and results-oriented execution. Ability to handle objections and adapt to organizational growth. High work ethic, professionalism, and integrity. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Energetic, personable, and resourceful with strong networking and sales abilities.
