We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the architectural design, planning, and execution of a large-scale migration project from our on-premises ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) in the cloud. In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring the solution aligns with business objectives, technical requirements, and best practices for cloud adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners, to deliver a seamless, scalable, and secure ERP migration. This position requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, enterprise architecture, migration strategies, and updating existing integrations to ensure compatibility within the new system ecosystem, leveraging tools like MuleSoft to modernize integration workflows. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with direct experience in large ERP migrations, integration modernization, and MuleSoft-based solutions, capable of bridging technical and business domains to drive successful outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics AX) Proven history leading large-scale ERP migrations from on-premise to cloud environments, including at least two full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O Direct experience updating and modernizing legacy integrations to align with cloud-based ERP ecosystems Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and integration frameworks In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing) and their configuration, customization using X++ or Power Platform Expertise in data migration tools (e.g., Data Management Framework, Azure Data Factory) and strategies for handling large datasets Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, OData, REST APIs, Common Data Service) and updating legacy integrations for cloud compatibility, along with security best practices (e.g., role-based access control, Azure AD) Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools like Azure DevOps for ALM Effective communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to evaluate business processes and integrations against standard Microsoft functionalities and recommend optimization Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert are required Experience with hybrid cloud migrations or multi-ERP integrations, including updating complex integration architectures. Additional Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect or Power Platform Functional Consultant, or MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect)
