Responsibilities: Recruitment & Sourcing
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates; partner with colleges, community organizations, and attend job fairs to build pipelines. Candidate Experience & Culture
- Manage all stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting ATI's mission, values, and
WOW! Magic
culture. Systems & Reporting
- Oversee applicant tracking in Paycom, provide timely updates to managers and candidates, and track recruiting efforts for weekly management and HR metrics reports. Employer Branding & Engagement
- Write and manage job postings, collaborate with team and Marketing on recruitment campaigns and referral programs, and develop cost-effective strategies to attract top talent. Qualifications
Requirements:
At least three years' experience working as a recruiter.
Human Services field is a plus. Effective communications verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
