Staff Action Specialist 3
for the
RTC Test and Engineering Services (RTES) Contract
supporting the Army Division.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS High school degree or GED. 7 years of applicable experience providing administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, document routing, and scheduling meetings. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance (Must be a U.S. Citizen). Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. Must have a valid driver's license. (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Good leadership & people skills. Good organization skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and travel coordinator responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES The Travel Coordinator position is essential to supporting the operational readiness and execution of critical test and evaluation missions for the Missiles and Sensors Test Directorate (MSTD). Plays a key role in ensuring that travel for the MSTD team is executed efficiently, accurately, and without administrative delays. Coordinate employee travel arrangements and process travel requests to various test locations CONUS and OCONUS locations.
