You’ll work on a large, technically varied scheme including RC Frames, Steelwork, Refurbishment, Rail Infrastructure, and Piling. The business champions a proactive and collaborative approach to H&S, with a supportive team and real room for growth with the aim of achieving onsite excellence.

What you’ll do:
Carry out risk assessments and support the creation of RAMS
Lead on-site safety inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Ivestigate incidents and support occupational health reporting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and manage relevant site H&S documentation
Work alongside a quality-driven site team committed to high standards
What we’re looking for:
NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate
Experience on civil engineering or structural projects (RC/Steel frames, groundwork etc.)
Confident communicator and team player who leads by example
