Job Description Craft Personalized Care Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create therapy strategies tailored to help them meet their functional objectives Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily activities Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care Educate Patients and Families: Offer guidance to patients and caregivers on therapy practices to facilitate ongoing recovery at home Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify strategies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to recovery Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported Certifications

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required Skills
