About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter Leader to join our dynamic GTM team! In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data-driven recruitment while managing a team of talented recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a background in people management, with at least two years of experience leading a team of four or more recruiters.
Your primary focus will be sourcing and securing exceptional talent to enhance our GTM team’s capabilities. Given our rapid growth, we seek someone comfortable in a high-volume, outbound recruiting environment, who is enthusiastic about our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 recruiters, using metrics to drive performance improvements.
Implement enhancements to the recruiting process based on data insights.
Coach and develop team members to elevate recruitment productivity and performance.
Take ownership of your team's performance and report on results to leadership.
Manage our ATS and internal job postings, applying best practices and ensuring daily updates.
Identify and recruit talent through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
Conduct candidate screenings and facilitate interview scheduling.
Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to establish hiring goals.
Explore and implement creative sourcing strategies to expand our candidate pool.
Qualifications
5-8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house settings.
At least two years in a managerial role overseeing a recruitment team.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Proficient at utilizing social media for talent sourcing.
Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and listening with a consultative approach.
Able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and energize those around you.
Demonstrated project management skills in a dynamic work environment.
Eligible to work in the United States with native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 per year, based on individual circumstances, including location and experience. This role's compensation may also include commission, bonuses, and other incentive packages.
