Software Developer, Applications (SharePoint, Power Apps) - with a Top-Secret Clearance

and 7 –10 years of experience

to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions leveraging

SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable collaboration platforms, automating workflows, and integrating modern applications into business processes. About the company

Conduct cybersecurity (CS) analysis to support cyber metrics, incident response, and risk mitigation efforts.

Perform system and network vulnerability assessments and participate in remediation planning.

Develop and maintain contingency plans for mission-critical systems.

Support and execute Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) processes.

Manage and enforce firewall policies and port/protocol configurations.

Perform and maintain daily Vulnerability Remediation Asset Management (VRAM) activities.

Enter and maintain system baseline configurations in VRAM, including uploading vulnerability scan data.

Analyze cyber threat data and contribute to incident response and mitigation strategies.

Support governance and compliance activities in accordance with DoD and Navy cybersecurity directives.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of CS/INFOSEC principles, security requirements, and risk management frameworks.

Hands-on experience in: Vulnerability analysis and risk mitigation

Contingency planning and incident response

Firewall policy management

Ports and protocols configuration

Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, including: ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution)

HBSS (Host-Based Security System)

MDE (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint)

MDI (Microsoft Defender for Identity)

Splunk

Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage VRAM entries and baseline configurations.

Expert-level understanding of institutional IT and cybersecurity procedures, systems, and mission-critical processes.

Deep knowledge of cybersecurity laws and regulations, including: FISMA

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) OR

Level II DoD 8570.01M certification (e.g.,

Security+

or higher)

Experience: Minimum of Seven

(7) years

of relevant experience in: Cybersecurity analysis

Risk assessment and mitigation

Contingency planning

Incident response

Cyber metrics and compliance reporting

Certifications: CISCO Certification, DoD 8570.01M compliant certification

(e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CASP+, etc.)

Preferred Attributes:

Expert or mastery-level knowledge in cybersecurity procedures and mission-critical IT systems (minimum 7 years).

Strong familiarity with Navy and DoD cybersecurity policy frameworks.

Experience working with sensitive systems involving Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI).

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.

Clear, concise communication skills and strong documentation practices.
