Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an eQMS Change Management specialist to join their team. As an eQMS Change Management professional, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting process improvements and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

12 months (potential to extend/convert)
What's the Job?
Oversee and coordinate change control processes within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
Ensure all changes are properly documented, reviewed, and approved according to regulatory and company standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of proposed changes
Monitor the implementation of changes and verify their effectiveness
Maintain accurate records and generate reports within the eQMS
What's Needed?
Experience working with electronic Quality Management Systems, platforms like TrackWise, Veeva Vault, MasterControl, PDOCS, gLims, SAP
Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and generate reports from the eQMS
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
