Total Compensation:
$105,000+(base pay + company paid benefits + company paid pension)

About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume liquid food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will: Perform both mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, including troubleshooting issues, repairing motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes, and working with PLCs, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will also complete preventive maintenance tasks, log work in the CMMS system, and ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, LOTO, and food safety standards. This position requires collaboration with team members and supervisors to minimize downtime, support production goals, and drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing or similar preferred) Hands-on experience with motors, drives, conveyors, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot, humid environments around processing equipment Compensation & Benefits
