Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the facility, from production equipment to facilities needs. You must be open to performing various tasks, including facilities work and sanitation, in addition to standard maintenance duties. Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
Assist with facilities work and sanitation tasks.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 480V systems.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Conduct repairs on conveyors, electric motors, and VFDs.
Handle electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance tasks.
Perform pneumatic system troubleshooting.
Participate in twice-yearly mandated overtime for busy seasons and plant shutdowns, with advance notice.
Essential Skills
Electrical maintenance
Proven experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Minimum 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proficiency in troubleshooting 480V electrical systems.
Understanding of 3-phase motors and servo motors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with heavy mechanical repairs and overhauls is a plus.
Experience working in a GMP/Food manufacturing environment.
Basic PLC troubleshooting is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $60320.00/yr.

Eligible for participation on the 61st day of employment.
Employer contributes 50% to employee only base plan.
Addt'l Benefits: 401k Plan (Eligible after ONE year of employment, during open enrollment)
Vacation: One (1) week of vacation; eligible after 6 months of employment.
