We are seeking a compassionate and dependable STNA Transportation Driver to join our team at Eagle Pointe. This dual-role position involves providing transportation services for our residents and assisting with basic care as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) when needed. The ideal candidate will ensure residents are transported safely and respectfully while upholding our standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport residents to medical appointments, dialysis, and other approved outings using facility vehicles.

Provide physical assistance and use proper transfer techniques to help residents in and out of vehicles.

Ensure wheelchair-bound residents are properly secured.

Maintain daily vehicle inspection logs and notify maintenance of issues.

Assist nursing staff with resident care duties when not driving (ADLs, ambulation, toileting, etc.).

Maintain accurate transport records and documentation.

Comply with HIPAA and infection control standards at all times.

Requirements:

Active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in the state of OH.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.

Experience with elderly or disabled populations.

Strong communication and time management skills.
