Position Summary:
Sell lessons and lesson packages. Work with and guide customers through the lesson process prior, during and after lessons. Provide lesson information. Process and organize data.
Job Relationships: Responsible To: Guests, Snowsports School Director, Asst. Director Employees Supervised: None Inter- Relationships: Work closely with Ticket Office Manager, Discovery Club Supervisor, Daycare, Rental Shop, and Instructors to better serve our guests. Duties and Responsible:
Sell lessons/packages and lift tickets Communicate with school program coordinators Answer questions and phone calls with the most current/up-to-date information. Know the lesson programs Evaluate and place students in correct lesson class/program based upon their needs and ability. Be familiar with the Snow Report Stay informed about upcoming Events General resort information Keep accurate records/count, including data entry, cash, lessons/visits Coordinate instructors to meet lesson needs Additional duties may be assigned Requirements
Qualifications:
Certification: None, although some knowledge of skiing and snowboarding is preferred Experience: Cash handling experience and computer experience required. 10-Key and phone skills preferred. Other Requirements: Ability to relate in a positive manner to all guests and co-workers Environmental Factors:
Continuous interaction with guests and school staff Exposure to cold temperatures Sitting or standing for extended periods of time Values Implementation:
