Maintenance Scheduler
who can balance technical expertise with proactive planning to keep complex operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do Own the Schedule : Plan and maintain maintenance and reliability programs for site assets. Drive Efficiency : Build and manage project and outage schedules in SAP, Prometheus, and Primavera P6 for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and long-range needs. Collaborate & Coordinate : Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to develop work orders, prioritize tasks, and control costs. Support the Team : Provide technical support in CMMS modules, ensure proper documentation for work orders, and identify material requirements in partnership with vendors and supply chain. Report & Improve : Develop KPIs and deliver clear reports on schedule compliance, using trend analysis and visuals to highlight opportunities for improvement. Lead by Example : Recommend procedure updates, assist with training, and help shape a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. What You Bring
Experience : 5+ years in maintenance scheduling/planning within oil & gas or petrochemical facilities Hands-on with
SAP S/4HANA
and strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution best practices Proficiency with
Prometheus
and
Primavera P6
(MS Project a plus)
Skills : Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to create a team-focused environment Sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritize under pressure
Credentials : High School Diploma or GED (Technical Degree a plus) Must maintain or obtain a valid
TWIC card
and a current state-issued driver's license
