Schedule and work-life balance
Full-time = three 12-hour shifts per week Four days off most weeks Rotating weekends No after-hours call Clinic hours:
Mon–Sat 8 am to 8 pm
and
Sun 9 am to 6 pm Compensation and benefits
$60–$70 per hour
based on experience with

Diagnose and treat common urgent conditions for all ages Perform procedures: suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, foreign-body removal Order and interpret X-rays and point-of-care labs Complete same-day documentation and collaborate with a supportive clinical team What you bring
Active NC PA or FNP license
(or eligibility within 60 days). BLS required ,
ACLS preferred 1+ year
urgent care, emergency, or high-acuity family medicine preferred Procedural confidence and a patient-first mindset New grads:
Urgent Care Bootcamp may be required prior to start.
