Our client, a leader in commercial building management and maintenance, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting building operations and ensuring optimal facility performance. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$35 per hour
Schedule:
Night shift, from 7PM to 7AM
What's the Job?
Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Perform general and preventative maintenance tasks, including carpentry and vendor management.
Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed to maintain proper illumination.
Assist with moving office furniture, equipment, and materials as required.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a background in electrical trade, plumbing, or HVAC preferred.
Valid HVAC technician certification (e.g., EPA Section 608 Universal Certification).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation systems.
Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
