Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join the Building Intelligence Team for a large financial firm in New York. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact between regional stakeholders and program leadership. In addition, you will place a key role in project coordination, program execution, and prepare weekly reporting to ensure all projects are on schedule. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and update Intelligent Building Program PM tools such as Smartsheet program templates for schedule, procurement, and deployment tracking.
- Prepare weekly executive-ready reporting packs using existing templates.
- Schedule, document, and distribute minutes/action items from cross-regional meetings.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependency issues early and escalate appropriately
- Proactively follow up with vendors, contractors, and regional contacts to ensure milestones are met.

Required Skills & Experience - Experience working within consultation or real estate
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - 2-4 years of experience in technical project coordination or junior project management (preferably in construction, technology, building systems, or IT infrastructure programs) - Experience working with 3rd party vendors and tracking deliverables to ensure milestones are met - Proven proficiency in Smartsheets - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, conditional formulas, data analytics). - Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
