Community Support Associate Key Assets Kentucky is seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Support Associate (CSA) to provide hands-on, skill-building support to youth and families in their homes and communities. What You'll Do Work one-on-one with youth to develop daily living, social, and emotional regulation skills Collaborate with the therapist and treatment team to reinforce clinical goals Provide support during school transitions, home routines, and community activities Accurately document service delivery in compliance with Medicaid and licensing standards Maintain a flexible schedule based on client needs, including afternoons and some weekends
What We're Looking For Must be 21 years or older Must have a High School Diploma or GED Previous experience working with youth or families Strong communication, patience, and adaptability Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently in the community
