Position Type:

Part-Time (Contractor)

Schedule:

Approximately 20-25 hours per week

Work Hours:

Morning schedule, typically 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

Support recruiting efforts by conducting candidate interviews, coordinating follow-ups, and administering assessments. Administer pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug screening coordination. Communicate with new hires via email to guide them through pre-onboarding steps and documentation. Provide support and coverage for the front desk reception and act as backup as needed. Act as central host for new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a welcoming and informative onboarding experience. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Suite of Applications), and instructional software Skill in organization, time management, attention to detail, basic human resource skills, and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks. Good interpersonal and communication skills Education and Experience

Post-secondary education in Human Resources / Business Management or related field 2+ years experience is required in office environment Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and recruiting standards Physical Requirements

Must be 18 years or older. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force at times and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects Ability to work in cold and hot environments (approximately 38F-80F degrees) Ability to repeat motions that may include use of the wrists, hands and/or fingers, and standing or sitting for prolonged periods (average 8-12 hours)
