Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) is looking to build a pool of qualified candidates for our Workforce Solutions & Continuing Education trainers in the Leadership & Organizational Development area. As a part-time adjunct trainer, you will collaborate with businesses to develop and implement tailored training and professional development seminars that enhance employee skills and productivity.
This role provides flexibility as training sessions can take place either at one of CVTC's campuses or directly at the business location. We are continually seeking motivated individuals who can commit to delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with businesses to create customized training or professional development seminars.
Enhance employee skills and productivity through effective training.
Coordinate with businesses to determine training schedules.
Commit to exceptional customer service and participant engagement.
Participate in college activities and pursue ongoing professional development.

Basic to intermediate proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
A minimum of two years of relevant occupational experience.
Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
