What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
Guide customers through the vehicle selection and
sales process
Conduct
vehicle demonstrations
and explain features and benefits
Help customers complete sales applications and paperwork
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on
Hyundai vehicles and competitors
Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and well-merchandised
Build lasting relationships through
excellent customer service
Follow up with leads and customers via phone, email, and text
Work with management to meet
individual and team sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
Sales or customer service experience preferred
(automotive a plus)
Willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Self-starter with a competitive spirit and a desire to succeed
Positive attitude, high energy, and a professional appearance
Strong work ethic and ability to follow a proven sales process
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
