Senior Medical Director

for our

Oncology Clinical Sciences

division. In this key role, you will shape and oversee the implementation of our Therapy Area Strategy while ensuring the successful execution of our Integrated Disease Area Strategy. You will provide leadership and guidance for all clinical development initiatives, making high-impact global decisions that align regional strategies with our overarching goals. The ideal candidate will possess an MD or combined MD/PhD and have at least 10 years of pharmaceutical research experience, with a strong focus on phases I-IV clinical development, particularly in oncology and hematology. Experience in hematologic malignancies is highly desirable. Key responsibilities include directing the clinical development team strategy, providing strategic input into global development initiatives, and evaluating external compounds while liaising with our Medical Affairs team. You will manage a diverse, multi-regional team and play a crucial role in NDA/MAA submissions. Your superior communication, strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and diplomacy will be essential as you influence and negotiate across multinational business cultures. We need a proactive leader who can anticipate issues and drive effective decision-making.
