About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Executive Medical Director to lead its Medical Staff. In this vital position, you will be the chief medical officer, overseeing critical organizational and administrative functions related to medical staff affairs. Your focus will be on implementing the company's mission, especially in improving quality outcomes and managing costs effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Regularly reporting quality and safety results
Standardizing care delivery to enhance patient outcomes
Driving results in safety, quality, and service
Collaborating with the subsidiary President on medical staff development and growth
Building strong relationships with independent medical staff
To qualify for this role, you must possess a Doctoral Degree in Medicine or be a licensed physician with the required credentials for medical staff membership. A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience, board certification, and prior experience in a physician leadership role are essential. The ideal candidate will have a reputation as a leader in clinical quality, best practices, and evidence-based medicine, with a history of meeting clinical quality goals and creating a patient-centered care environment.
