POSITION SUMMARY:
The Implementation Consultant acts as a consultant and project manager to new small business clients as they transition to ADP. Executes against strategic operational objectives by driving Human Capital management products to contribute to first year client retention. Collaborates with sales force and Implementation Specialists to ensure proper set up of accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Upon assignment of an order, manages the workflow/time line with client start date. Continually updates notes in Start Assist to track order progress. After account is setup, a quality review is conducted to ensure accuracy. Oversees the transfer of prior payroll balances from clients' former payroll providers.
Reviews FLT Orders for completeness.
Contacts internal sales partners and clients via phone and email to explain the FLT process and/or to obtain missing FLT items. Sends applicable system generated letters, Missing information, Out-Of-Balance (OOB), FLT drop, and FLT complete, as required.
Prepares FLT spreadsheets from FLT Application and client source documents.
Handles complex client set ups including multi-jurisdiction, large employee count, special taxation, identifies and troubleshoots OOBs and contacts client regarding OOBs and debit approval.
Ensures FLT status indicators are properly updated Notifies Client and Sales Associate of potential client ineligibility as a result of missing data or unresolved issues.
Review and confirm account setup with client to ensure understanding and client satisfaction.
Analyzes sales contracts for completeness and accuracy, and conducts a gap analysis to ensure clients have the appropriate products and services for their business needs.
Maintains existing knowledge base and builds onto it by learning new products, services, processes, and procedures.
Keeps up-to-date with payroll/legal regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Mentors and shares knowledge with peers.
