Deliver meals to elders in Norfolk County

South Shore Elder Services needs volunteer drivers to deliver nutritious hot meals to homebound elders through its Meals on Wheels program. Volunteers pick up meals around 9:30am and deliver to approximately 6 -10 homebound elders using their own car. A valid MA driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Meals on Wheels route mileage reimbursement is available from SSES. The meals on wheels program has taken every precaution necessary to minimize the driver's risk of exposure to the Covid virus. PLEASE NOTE: This volunteer opportunity is available only to adults age 55 and older
