The Associate Merchant plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end merchandising process. This includes analyzing sales data, identifying trends, managing product assortments, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches. You'll help bring our seasonal strategies to life by balancing creativity with strong business acumen.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)

Support the development and execution of seasonal line plans and assortment strategies based on trend analysis, sales data, and customer insights. Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales performance; identify risks and opportunities within the assortment. Collaborate with design, planning, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely product development and go-to-market execution. Maintain and update merchandising tools, including assortment plans, style trackers, and line sheets. Assist in identifying new product opportunities, trends, and competitive insights. Participate in product selection and buying decisions during market or vendor meetings. Monitor inventory levels and recommend markdowns or replenishment strategies to optimize sales and margin. Support in preparing for seasonal line reviews, merchandising presentations, and hindsight meetings. Coordinate product set-up and data accuracy across systems. Stay current on fashion trends, consumer behaviors, and the competitive landscape. YOU ARE

2 years of experience in a merchandising role Retail math knowledge • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Passion for fashion and a strong sense of trend awareness.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Men's apparel Knowledge of retail math and open-to-buy concepts.

Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - 85,000
