Position Summary

As the IT Infrastructure Systems Senior Section Manager, you will manage IT infrastructure and help desk services under the direct oversight and guidance of the IT Infrastructure Systems Department Manager. You will assist in planning, developing, procuring, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. You will formulate and administer IT policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Develops innovative IT solutions, coordinate IT activities with various departments, and act as an IT Liaison for business partners. Additionally, you will supervise and evaluate the Server Support teams to ensure cost-effective resource utilization and alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Qualifications/Experience

At least eight years of related experience in enterprise technology systems, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience. Working knowledge of server, network, desktop, and helpdesk architecture and technologies. Working knowledge of SaaS and cloud computing solutions, platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and infrastructure services. Working knowledge of IT service management best practices and frameworks. Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Working knowledge of vendor management principles. Strong leadership and ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of IT professionals. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High degree of adaptability. Salary Range

Minimum - $76,438 Maximum - $122,302 Benefits:
