?? Multicraft Maintenance Technician - Entry Level
Location: Decatur, AL
Schedule:
12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (days/nights every 2 weeks)

Join our dynamic maintenance team as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a critical role in keeping our production equipment running smoothly. This hands-on position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of machinery-from heating elements and motors to automation systems and cranes. ?? Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Maintain and repair automation systems, motors, cutters, rollers, and HVAC components
Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safety during maintenance
Work independently to identify root causes and implement solutions
Operate in physically demanding conditions, including tight spaces and high temperatures (up to 125°F)
?? Required Skills
Electrical troubleshooting and repair
Mechanical diagnostics and maintenance
Hydraulics and pneumatics
Preventive maintenance techniques
Reading schematics and working with 3-phase systems
PLC troubleshooting (Siemens experience preferred)
Familiarity with LOTO procedures
? Preferred Qualifications
Welding experience (a plus, not required)
Prior maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
Ability to lift heavy equipment and climb stairs
Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts
