Job Description
Join our team as an Assembly Technician where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of auto injectors. You will follow all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure quality and consistency in product assembly. Your responsibilities will include feeding parts into machinery, performing final packaging, and conducting visual inspections to ensure devices are properly armed. Additionally, you will manage supplies in the manufacturing area and operate equipment to produce pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
Perform assembly on auto injectors following all SOPs and WIs.
Feed parts into the machine that completes the assembly process.
Perform final packaging of the product.
Visually inspect devices post-assembly and document findings.
Receive and distribute supplies in the manufacturing area.
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for pharmaceutical production.
Essential Skills
1+ year of experience in medical assembly or an FDA-regulated environment.
Proficient in following work instructions and performing documentation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hand tools and blueprints.
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and medical device assembly.
Ability to conduct visual inspections and document results accurately.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
