The role you'll contribute:
Physcian Recruitment Specialist is responsible for data base management, physician recruitment website management, identifying potential physician candidates, tracking information about prospective and available physicians, preparing monthly reports and recruitment assistance payment to private practices, and following up on physician inquiries as may be required. Provides support to the Director and Physician Recruiter in their efforts to recruit and retain physicians on behalf of Advent Health. Additional duties include marketing initiatives with new social media, development of Facebook, Twitter, and revised website and maintenance of those accounts. Specialist also provides additional support as a Recruiter to help with the following: phone screening and interviewing / site visit itineraries/ meeting physicians on site visits / follow up with candidates post site visits / reference checking / follow up communication with administrators. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Identifies and establishes potential physician candidates using tools and resources such as PracticeLink, internet, website, print ads, and emails.
Responds to inquiries from potential candidates in a timely manner regardless of opportunity availability.
Updates and maintains the physician recruitment database, including CVs, job opportunity descriptions, and campus information.
Manages the physician recruitment website to ensure proper flow of information to the public.
Utilizes the recruitment database to educate program directors of residencies and fellowships about available opportunities.
Develops and maintains social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter to drive candidates to the Physician Recruitment website.
Assists Recruiter and Director with various recruitment activities by conducting phone interviews, screening potential candidates, engaging candidates on site visits, and developing and scheduling itineraries.
Performs reference checks when needed and provides appropriate follow-up to administration.
Tracks monthly financial assistance provided to newly recruited physicians under the Income Guaranty model.
Provides necessary reporting to campus administrators upon request.
Distributes financial assistance checks to private practices after reconciliation of monthly receipts from practices.
Designs recruitment ads for journals, publications, websites, and flyers for events and conferences.
Maintains an inventory of brochures, folders, and promotional items for campuses and service lines.
Facilitates scheduling and preparation of materials for career fairs or specialty conferences.
Provides designated recruitment support services for other satellite campuses as requested by the Director of Physician Recruitment.
Other duties as assigned.
