Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler, where you will play a vital role in supporting our operations through efficient material movement. You will collaborate closely with Production, Operations, and Engineering to ensure smooth logistics and storage management.
Responsibilities
Collaborate and communicate with Production, Operations, and Engineering to facilitate the movement of parts.
Maintain clean and organized storage locations across shipping, receiving, and storage areas.
Verify all materials are properly packaged and banded for transport.
Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
Work with Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, and related departments to resolve distribution issues.
Update material storage records within the company's ERP software.
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
Support first shift operations from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Essential Skills
2+ years of related experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying.
Willingness to work in an open-aired environment without temperature controls.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary to meet deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
Forklift operation experience and up-to-date forklift certification are advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr.
