We are seeking a

Certified Nursing Assistant

( CNA ) to join our Residential Group Home team at our

Wilmington, Delaware

location.

Work Schedule PRN / On-Call - Required to accept

at least

16 hours in assignments per month to maintain status.

We are pleased to confirm we can accommodate your new hire notice, allowing you to attend the required four-day, Monday-Thursday day shift orientation schedule at our Philadelphia location. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for your attendance at new hire orientation.

Some duties would include the following:

To provide direct care and supervision to participants in the residential group home setting. To ensure a safe, healthy, secure and recovery-oriented environment, which promotes growth and development. To facilitate participant growth and development toward independence in self-care, daily living, socialization and community integration. To participate in the development and implementation of the participants' recovery plans. Qualifications include the following:

High school diploma or GED required with current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Delaware. Ability to respond to disruptive behavior. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge and ability to provide hands on assistance with activities of daily living. Possess a valid driver's license with and acceptable driving record. Scope:

Requires the ability to lift, carry, fold, bend, kneel, stack, stoop, which includes direct intervention with participants. Ability to climb and descend stairs. Possess manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Requires crisis intervention techniques in crisis situations.
