Creates a hospitable environment by greeting guests, offering samples, engaging with tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and attending dining events and monotony breakers to ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives, including greeting customers, facilitating contests and promotions, taking photographs, reporting on event progress, and surveying the campus population. Maintain the CDS website with accurate and timely information on marketing programs, menus, hours, event photos, News Box, etc. Assist with designing and developing advertising and POS collateral. Coordinate and organize special events and monotony breakers, including pulls and orders. Assist with Meal Plan Sales during campus events and orientation. Manage communication channels such as telephone and CHATback lines. Engage with campus groups by discussing dining operations and providing positive information. Conduct periodic marketing audits at dining locations with action plans if needed. Maintain positive communication with campus liaisons and parents. Develop and deliver public presentations to students and campus groups. Identify and suggest product and marketing improvements. Assist with campus surveys and compile data to evaluate promotion success. Execute corporate and campus marketing programs and initiatives. Qualifications: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The Benefits
