Job Description
The Physical Therapist will practice physical therapy according to current standards of practice, adhering to departmental policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting patient assessments and providing treatment based on individual needs. Delegating tasks and coordinating services provided by the therapy team. Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans and services. Supervising and providing instruction and evaluation for professional and supportive staff, volunteers, and students within the physical therapy department. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Acting as a patient advocate to ensure the highest quality of care. Qualifications
Valid state Physical Therapist license. Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Experience in a clinical setting preferred. Position Details
