We are looking for an experienced and solutions-driven Presales consultant specializing in the Lifesciences area to support our Lifesciences sales team in identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities. You will work directly with clients and prospects to understand their technical requirements, design appropriate solutions, and deliver impactful presentations and product demos. This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. Main Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to identify customer needs and tailor technical solutions and demonstrations Develop and present proof of concepts (POCs) that align with client requirements and best practice Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring accurate and persuasive technical responses Create and deliver solution presentations, technical workshops, and demos to stakeholders and decision-makers Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to convey client feedback, use cases, and feature requests Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with customer infrastructure Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments Maintain comprehensive documentation for presales assets, including demo scripts, use case libraries, and architecture diagrams Support onboarding of new customers during handover from sales to delivery/implementation team Provide internal training to sales reps on new product features and technical selling points Key Requirements
