An HVAC Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician, installs and repairs various air quality systems. Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day)Responsibilities:Maintain the air conditioning/heating and refrigeration systemsResponsible to diagnose, repair and renovate HVAC equipment, HVAC BAS control systems, utilizing knowledge of electronicsDiagnose and repair constant and variable speed airRecord keeping of refrigerant, chiller logs, safety forms, boiler logs, work orders and time sheetsProper maintenance and cleanliness of tools ,equipment ,workFrequent contact with members of other departments, and the general publicDaily climbing of stairs, ladders to reach A/C unitsContinuous listening to units to identifying problems inContinuous reaching, bending, stooping, to access equipment to make repairs or read gaugesQualifications:Familiar with mechanical, conservation, fuel gas codes and Computer skillsAbility to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, controlHigh School graduate with 10 minimum combined years of commercial HVAC/BAS experience and technical training in the HVAC fieldFor more information, please contact on the below details -1- Name - Ariel Miner2- Contact Number - (571)570-4796SKILLEDTRDPeopleReady is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity.
