Join the Titleist team as a Gear Product Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in launching innovative golf gear to market. You'll lead the lifecycle of Special Make-Up and Special Edition products, driving cross-functional collaboration across Design, Development, Sales, Marketing, and more. From market insights and competitive analysis to product data management and storytelling, you'll help shape the future of customized and personalized gear offerings. 1-2 years of experience across product/project management, marketing, sales, business, or product development Familiarity with PLM systems preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of golf and the golf industry is a plus Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Availability to communicate with global markets during off-hours Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Our Commitment to You
