Senior Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer
In this exciting role, you will have responsibility for architecting, designing, and implementing embedded software that maximizes the value of our oximetry + wearable products for our customers. You will engage with stakeholders and system engineering to capture and prioritize needs and then synthesize the needs into oximetry features and products. You will architect, design, develop, test, document, and maintain embedded systems using mixed-signal MCUs for oximetry platforms. You will apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the embedded system development life cycle to support the generation of such engineering applications and wide range of products. You may engage with internal and external stakeholders, including interfacing with clinicians, customers, and KOLs, to better understand use environments and needs. You will apply a thorough understanding of technologies used to measure physiological signals and knowledge of human physiology to inform product design decisions, prioritize design tradeoffs, provide strategic input on the development pathway, and ensure alignment with use cases/use scenarios.
