Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow client implementations across multiple workstreams from planning, requirements design, development, testing, implementation, to post-engagement support. Provide strategic architectural vision for ServiceNow implementations aligned with client needs, business goals, and industry standards. Apply deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow, staying current with platform enhancements and updates. Engage with decision-makers to define project roadmaps and ensure delivery aligns with organizational strategies and objectives. Offer guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development. Lead business development activities including identification, proposal development, and other pursuits; collaborate with resources from other service lines/industries as needed. Oversee management and development of specific ServiceNow solution areas to meet evolving client needs and market demands. Manage engagements in line with KPMG financial/cost management policies. Oversee and mentor a high-performing team and promote continuous learning and process improvement to maximize efficiency. Maintain key customer relationships, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction and good standing. Build internal networks within KPMG to leverage firm-wide capabilities for client solutions. Qualifications

Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow technology consulting; experience leading and managing systems integration projects with alignment to strategic objectives and delivery of high-quality results. ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications preferred. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field. Proven success leading five or more ServiceNow projects with alignment to strategic objectives and quality results. Excellent analytical, data analysis, and presentation skills; strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences, including executives. Willingness to travel as needed. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
