The Morgan Stanley at Work COO team supports various business areas, including Global Public Equity, Global Private Markets, Executive Financial Services, and Retirement and Financial Wellness. We are seeing an experienced project manager to lead complex projects that advance strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to define project requirements, deliverables and success criteria Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges and recommendations Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a financial services environment Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities at one time High attention to detail; follows through to ensure accuracy of materials Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, SharePoint, and JIRA What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley:

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
