POSITION OVERVIEW:

T he Director of Nursing will be responsible for: :

Overseeing the

overall quality of care

throughout the facility. Leading, developing, and motivating a

team-oriented nursing staff . Ensuring full compliance with

Federal, State, and Department of Health (DOH)

regulations. Fostering a

supportive and collaborative work environment

with the backing of a strong and experienced management team. Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Must have several years of

nursing leadership experience

in a

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

setting. A proven track record of

nursing team development and mentorship . In-depth understanding of

clinical operations ,

regulatory compliance. Excellent

communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills . Active NY RN license
