Fayetteville, NC & Hope Mills, NC
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Projected Property Takeover Date:
Mid to Late August
Position Overview
We are seeking two dedicated and skilled
Multi-Site
Maintenance Technicians
to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of our properties. The ideal candidates will have a solid mechanical and electrical background, be highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent service. This position supports all properties as needed and is responsible for completing work orders, make-readies, and general repairs to ensure a high standard of living for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Complete work orders, make-readies, turnovers, and general repairs. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems. Assist with residential painting and general maintenance tasks. Participate in on-call rotation (two weeks at a time, shared with another technician and supervisor). Support maintenance needs across multiple properties as required. Use CMMS to manage work orders and track inventory. Provide professional and courteous service to residents and staff. Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable working across multiple properties. Must provide own tools. Experience with residential painting is a plus.
