Overview
We are hiring a HR Business Partner to join our pharmacy with 3 days per week on-site in Verda Park, Wallingford. Youll help shape the heart of our operations - supporting the team responsible for dispatching thousands of orders every day to our patients across the UK. From hiring and onboarding to performance, engagement, and day-to-day people support, you'll be the go-to HR person for our pharmacy team. Youll have plenty of ownership to shape our People processes, working with pharmacy leadership and our wider People team. Responsibilities
People Partnering: Partner with Pharmacy leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support; implement and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives; support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational design; provide expertise on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent approaches; collaborate with the wider People team to deliver initiatives across learning & development, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement; analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making; coach and support Pharmacy managers on performance management, career development, and change management; ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies. Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end hiring for the team including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Support Workers, Dispensers; advertising roles and managing the pipeline of direct applicants, encouraging & managing referrals and engaging with the local community to hire top talent. Qualifications
3+ years in a generalist HR/People Partner role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws Proven experience in employee relations and organisational development Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with and managing internal stakeholders, employees and candidates Experience with hiring including screening CVs, interviewing and working with an ATS Benefits
