We are currently seeking a highly motivated Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison specializing in cardiovascular medicine, specifically with our Biosense Webster team. This fully remote position within the United States offers you the chance to drive key initiatives including KOL engagement, advisory boards, research publications, and medical education. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and medical staff in the cardiac ablation field. Act as a scientific authority in cardiac electrophysiology, providing education and insights to both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scientific input that supports product management, clinical affairs, and marketing initiatives. Communicate complex scientific information clearly to healthcare professionals, enhancing understanding of our cardiac ablation and diagnostic platforms. Stay updated on the latest research and trends in cardiac electrophysiology to provide relevant insights. Prepare materials for presentations at scientific symposia and educational programs. Support clinical studies and research initiatives, facilitating communication with KOLs and study authors. Provide training for internal teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our scientific messaging. Analyze and report on customer and market information related to both pre-launch and marketed products. Discuss concepts for Investigator Initiated and Collaborative studies with clinicians. Requirements: Advanced degree (MD, PhD) required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the biotech industry, focused on cardiovascular medicine. 5+ years in a Medical Affairs or Medical Science Liaison role is preferred. Extensive knowledge of cardiovascular medicine, specifically in cardiac electrophysiology. Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and regulatory guidelines. Proven capability to build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals. Excellent analytical skills to interpret scientific data accurately. Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to varied audiences. Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities. Must have work authorization in the USA. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time. We offer a competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses.
